Atlanta's longest running queer variety show is BACK, highly sweetened, and ready to quench your thirst!

SWEET TEA: A Queer Variety Show debuts our rebranded show Saturday, January 20th at 9PM at The Mammal Gallery! Come out for a night of queer music, art, drag, and much more! On the ingredient list for the show is:

W3SMF is a totally DIY festival coordinated by BalouQ, a name-shifting, queer safer, status quo laboratory. BalouQ seeks to uphold anti-white supremacist, anti-capitalist, femme centered, queer-intentioned, accessible space. *scroll to bottom for space accessibility*

Space accessibility: There will be a wheelchair ramp at the front entrance. The main level of the space is wheelchair accessible through the front entrance. The restroom is not wheelchair accessible. The second level of the space is only accessible by a flight of stairs. There is ample seating on the main level, whereas there is minimal seating on the second level. During events, the space remains mostly fragrance free outside of food, sometimes including animal products, being prepared on the main level. There is a room on the second level that is reserved for quiet space for guests during events. There is always access to drinking water on the main level. There are two exits on the main level including the front entrance. If you have any other questions about space accessibility not covered here, please feel free to email us.

SWEET TEA: A Queer Variety Show splashes back onto the scene on Thursday, Oct 12th at The Mammal Gallery for SWEET TEA: Life Is A Drag (Show)! SWEET TEA is on hiatus until 2018 when we debut a re-designed show, but for one last time this year, we'll put on one last show all in effort to raise funds for the GSU Alliance for Sexual & Gender Diversity.

A very special Southern Fried Queer Pride production!

WEAVESTOCK: Reclaiming Our Time! is a scripted Black drag fantasy! "After putting on a mysterious magical wig, Ingénue, an up and coming local queen with a heart of gold, is greated by her fairy drag MUVA. Throughout the night MUVA takes Ingénue and the audience through a journey of Black Drag History (Past, Present, and Future) through performance . At the end, the aspiring drag queen learns a lesson of a lifetime- learn from the past- don’t live in it, and carry on the torch of an art form that will live on into the future and beyond." 

WEAVESTOCK takes place on Saturday, October 7th at 10PM at 368 Ponce (368 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30308).
