WEAVESTOCK: Reclaiming Our Time!

  • 368 PONCE 368 Ponce De Leon Avenue Northeast Atlanta, GA, 30308 United States (map)

A very special Southern Fried Queer Pride production!

WEAVESTOCK: Reclaiming Our Time! is a scripted Black drag fantasy! "After putting on a mysterious magical wig, Ingénue, an up and coming local queen with a heart of gold, is greated by her fairy drag MUVA. Throughout the night MUVA takes Ingénue and the audience through a journey of Black Drag History (Past, Present, and Future) through performance . At the end, the aspiring drag queen learns a lesson of a lifetime- learn from the past- don’t live in it, and carry on the torch of an art form that will live on into the future and beyond."

WEAVESTOCK takes place on Saturday, October 7th at 10PM at 368 Ponce (368 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30308).
